Inconel X-750 Copper Alloy Wire - Heat-Resistant Spring-Forming Inconel Wire is a precipitation-hardened nickel-chromium alloy wire designed for high-temperature applications requiring excellent mechanical strength, oxidation resistance, and long-term stress relaxation resistance. Known for its superior performance in spring and fastener applications, X-750 wire maintains elastic and structural integrity under sustained thermal and corrosive loads.
The copper alloy format enhances workability while preserving the alloy's outstanding creep-rupture resistance, making it suitable for spring forming, tensioned wire components, and aerospace-grade thermal connectors.
Excellent spring-back and fatigue resistance under high temperatures
Stable mechanical strength up to 800°C in oxidizing or corrosive environments
High resistance to thermal stress relaxation and stress corrosion cracking
Suitable for coiling, bending, and precision spring manufacturing
Supplied in solution-treated, aged, or soft-annealed conditions
Springs, clips, and tension elements in jet engines and exhaust assemblies
Electrical contacts, terminals, and grounding springs for aerospace or nuclear systems
Vibration-resistant fasteners and elastic supports in turbine enclosures
High-temperature valve seals, suspensions, and clamping systems
Industrial furnaces and thermal shielding components under cyclical load
Conforms to ASTM B637 / AMS 5698 / AMS 5699 specifications
Typical composition: Ni ≥70%, Cr 14-17%, Fe 5-9%, Ti 2.25-2.75%, Al 0.4-1.0%
RoHS / REACH / ISO9001 compliant manufacturing
Fully tested for tensile strength, relaxation resistance, and oxidation durability
MTC, COA, and optional third-party verification available
