Monel K500 Copper Alloy Wire - Cold-Drawn Wire for High-Stress Mechanical Components is a high-strength nickel-copper alloy wire processed through cold working and precipitation hardening. It offers significantly improved tensile strength, yield strength, and wear resistance over standard Monel 400, while retaining excellent corrosion resistance in marine and chemical environments.
Cold drawing enhances dimensional accuracy, hardness, and spring performance, making this wire an excellent choice for load-bearing, fatigue-sensitive components such as retaining rings, springs, and high-pressure sealing elements in harsh operating conditions.
