Inconel Wire 600 Series - Copper Alloy Wire for Furnace Terminals and Heat Sensors is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy wire designed for long-term use in oxidizing and neutral environments at elevated temperatures. Known for its excellent oxidation and scaling resistance, Inconel 600 series wire is ideal for electrical terminals, thermocouple components, and sensor leads in furnaces, incinerators, and thermal process equipment.
The copper alloy version enhances conductivity and soft handling characteristics while maintaining structural integrity and surface stability during continuous thermal exposure.
High resistance to oxidation, carburization, and chloride stress corrosion
Reliable electrical properties and stable oxide layer at temperatures up to 1150°C
Suitable for bending, terminal welding, and direct sensor assembly
Clean surface finish for consistent electrical contact
Compatible with thermocouple extension wire and grounded sensor heads
Electrical terminals in industrial furnaces and kilns
Thermocouple wires and lead extensions for temperature monitoring
Heat sensor conductors for exhaust, burner, and process gas systems
Power feed-through wires in oxidation-prone enclosures
Grounding and measurement wires in incineration and metallurgical equipment
Conforms to ASTM B166 / UNS N06600 / EN 2.4816
Typical composition: Ni ≥72%, Cr 14-17%, Fe ≤10%
RoHS / REACH / ISO9001 certified production
100% tested for diameter, oxide stability, and electrical performance
