Inconel 600 Copper Alloy Wire - High-Temperature Inconel Wire for Oxidizing Furnaces is a solid-solution nickel-chromium alloy wire known for its outstanding resistance to high-temperature oxidation, scaling, and carburization. With a nominal nickel content of over 72%, it maintains excellent mechanical properties and surface stability in oxidizing or neutral atmospheres up to 1150°C.
This wire is widely used in industrial furnace construction, radiant heating elements, chemical reactors, and aerospace heat shielding. The copper alloy form enhances its flexibility and electrical conductivity while preserving core thermal and chemical resistance properties.
Resists oxidation and scaling in air and oxidizing gases up to 1150°C
Maintains structural integrity under thermal cycling and creep conditions
Excellent weldability and formability in both soft and drawn conditions
Consistent resistivity and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures
Bright, clean surface suitable for terminal or sensor applications
Furnace heating elements, radiant tubes, and resistor grids
Electrical conductors in oxidizing or corrosive gas systems
Thermal shields and expansion connectors in aerospace engines
Power generation wiring in high-temperature turbines or reactors
Wire braiding, coiling, and spring applications under heat exposure
Manufactured according to ASTM B166 or equivalent standards
Chemical composition: Ni ≥72%, Cr 14-17%, Fe ≤10%
RoHS / ISO9001 / REACH certified manufacturing process
100% tested for diameter tolerance, mechanical strength, and surface oxidation resistance
Optional mill test certificate (MTC), COA, and third-party inspection available upon request
