High-Flexibility Shield Cable - 61×0.20mm Copper Clad Steel Strands is a fine-stranded, highly flexible conductor ideal for EMI shielding, braided grounding cables, and precision signal return applications. Composed of 61 strands of 0.20mm copper-clad steel wire, it offers maximum surface contact, smooth braiding capability, and long-term mechanical resilience under bending and vibration.
Its dense strand count ensures excellent coverage and conductivity, making it an ideal core for shielded cables or flexible mesh used in telecom, data centers, and control systems.
61×0.20mm high-strand-count format for enhanced flexibility and shielding effectiveness
Copper cladding provides consistent conductivity and corrosion resistance
Steel core offers excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance
Ideal for use in braided shielding, flexible bonding jumpers, or precision signal return paths
Highly compatible with dynamic and vibration-sensitive environments
EMI shielding braid in RF, instrumentation, or control cables
Ground mesh or flat braid in telecom, aerospace, or automation systems
Signal return and bonding wires in high-frequency or analog networks
Braided ground straps in robotics and mobile electrical assemblies
Conductive reinforcement for hybrid or flexible power cabling
Manufactured to ASTM B452 copper-clad steel stranded conductor standards
Approx. 20% IACS conductivity
Inspected for uniform stranding, twist tightness, and copper adhesion
RoHS / ISO9001 / REACH certified production
Supplied in braid-ready spools, precision coils, or woven formats
