Monel K500 Copper Alloy Wire - Nickel-Copper Wire for Deep-Well Oil and Gas Applications is a high-strength, precipitation-hardened alloy wire designed for aggressive downhole environments involving high pressure, corrosive fluids, and mechanical stress. Building on the corrosion resistance of Monel 400 and enhanced with aluminum and titanium for strengthening, K500 wire offers outstanding resistance to sulfide stress cracking and pitting in sour gas and subsea applications.
With excellent fatigue resistance and mechanical durability, this wire is ideally suited for use in packer springs, wellhead instrumentation leads, subsea connectors, and safety-critical fasteners in oil and gas exploration and production.
