Inconel Wire - X-750 Copper Alloy Wire for Elastic Components in High-Stress Conditions is a precipitation-hardened nickel-chromium alloy wire designed for high-strength, elastic applications subjected to extreme temperature, pressure, and cyclic mechanical loading. Inconel X-750 is known for its excellent resistance to stress relaxation, oxidation, and corrosion, especially in environments requiring long-term structural resilience.
The copper alloy format enhances workability and electrical continuity while preserving the alloy's spring-forming integrity. This wire is ideal for aerospace fasteners, nuclear valve springs, and vibration-resistant support systems.
Superior spring-back and stress relaxation resistance at elevated temperatures
Maintains mechanical strength and elasticity up to 800°C
Excellent resistance to oxidizing and carburizing conditions
Consistent tensile properties and surface finish for precision forming
Supplied in solution-treated, aged, or annealed conditions as required
Aerospace engine springs, dampers, and retention clips
High-stress elastic elements in nuclear valves and turbine housings
Thermal contact springs and compression pins in power equipment
Vibration-absorbing wires in high-speed transport or rotating assemblies
Corrosion-resistant elastic components for marine and defense applications
Manufactured in accordance with ASTM B637 / AMS 5698 / ISO 9723
Typical composition: Ni ≥70%, Cr 14-17%, Fe ≤9%, Ti, Al, and Nb for age-hardening
RoHS / ISO9001 / REACH certified process
100% tested for spring properties, tensile strength, and surface uniformity
COA, MTC, and optional third-party inspection reports available
