Copper Clad Steel Alloy Rope - 19×0.20mm for Cable Shield Braid is a highly flexible, multi-strand conductor engineered for shielding, bonding, and structural reinforcement in high-frequency and EMI-sensitive cable assemblies. Constructed from 19 strands of 0.20mm copper-clad steel wires, this rope combines conductivity, tensile strength, and formability-ideal for woven braids or ground meshes.
Its steel core provides long-term dimensional integrity, while the copper surface enables reliable electrical continuity and solder compatibility in signal-critical environments.
19×0.20mm stranded rope format for excellent flexibility and braid integration
Copper-clad steel alloy construction for strength and electrical performance
Optimized for shielding applications requiring vibration and torsion resistance
Maintains low impedance in signal shielding and grounding paths
Easy to process via weaving, crimping, or soldering in cable assemblies
EMI/RFI cable shielding braids in telecom and industrial electronics
Ground mesh or bonding straps in modular cabinet systems
Internal conductor in RF, audio, or high-frequency data lines
Flexible earth connections in aerospace or transport cable harnesses
Structural support in braided or layered multi-core cable designs
Complies with ASTM B452 for copper-clad steel stranded wires
Conductivity: approx. 20% IACS
Inspected for strand balance, twist uniformity, and coating adhesion
RoHS / ISO9001 / REACH certified production
Supplied on reels, in coils, or woven assemblies as required
