CuZn15 is a copper-zinc alloy (brass) with 84%-86% copper content and approximately 15% zinc, with strict control of impurities such as lead (Pb ≤0.05%) and iron (Fe ≤0.3%). Key characteristics include:

Physical Properties: Density 8.75 g/cm³, thermal conductivity 159 W/(m·K), electrical conductivity 20 MS/m;
Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength ≥300 MPa, elongation ≥40%, combining high strength with excellent plasticity.
