Monel K500 Copper Alloy Wire - High-Strength Alloy Wire for Springs and Fasteners is a precipitation-hardened nickel-copper alloy wire offering significantly greater strength and hardness than Monel 400, while retaining excellent resistance to seawater, acids, and alkaline environments. It provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term mechanical integrity, even under high load, pressure, or stress conditions.
The alloy is particularly suited for spring manufacturing, fastener production, and high-strength retaining components in marine, oil & gas, and chemical processing systems, where both corrosion resistance and mechanical performance are critical.
