This extrusion line is professionally engineered to fulfill the insulation and sheathing extrusion processes for building wires, power cables, and control cables, with compatibility for extruder specifications up to 200 mm in size. To meet diverse production scales and application demands, the equipment is offered with screw diameters selectable from a range of 50 mm to 200 mm, ensuring flexible adaptation to various processing requirements. It can be optionally fitted with a triple crosshead structure, which supports stable and efficient multi-layer extrusion to satisfy complex cable manufacturing processes. Meanwhile, gravimetric dosing technology is adopted throughout the production line, enabling precise and stable material feeding, effectively guaranteeing uniform product performance and consistent quality stability. The entire line achieves a maximum output of up to 1,500 kg per hour, and maintains outstanding energy-saving efficiency even under long-term uninterrupted continuous production conditions, effectively reducing operating costs while improving overall production efficiency.
