Hastelloy Copper Alloy Wire - Soft Annealed Precision Wire for Harsh Environments is a high-performance, nickel-based copper alloy wire supplied in a soft annealed condition to maximize formability and installation flexibility. With excellent corrosion resistance and thermal stability, this precision-drawn wire is ideal for applications in aggressive chemical, high-humidity, or high-temperature environments.
Made from premium Hastelloy grades (such as C-22, C-276, or GH3536), the wire maintains consistent electrical and mechanical performance even when exposed to oxidizing, reducing, or chloride-rich media. Its soft-annealed structure makes it ideal for bending, braiding, soldering, and wrapping processes.
