A high-performance composite conductor engineered for applications requiring both mechanical strength and electrical conductivity. Its structure consists of three layers:
Core: Low-carbon steel (C<0.10%) providing tensile strength up to 1,500 MPa.
Cladding: Oxygen-free copper layer (≥10μm thickness) enabling 30% or 40% IACS conductivity.
Coating: Uniform tin plating (2-5μm) for superior corrosion resistance and solderability.
