Inconel 601 Copper Alloy Wire - Oxidation-Proof Inconel Wire for Continuous Thermal Cycling is a solid-solution nickel-chromium-iron alloy wire specifically developed for superior oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Engineered for cyclic thermal exposure in furnaces, heat-treating systems, and exhaust environments, this wire maintains a tightly adherent oxide layer and resists spalling, scaling, and cracking under long-term stress.

The copper alloy wire format provides enhanced formability and conductivity while preserving the alloy's hallmark stability in aggressive thermal and chemical conditions. It is widely used in continuous thermal cycling applications where conventional materials fail.
