Inconel 601 Copper Alloy Wire - Oxidation-Proof Inconel Wire for Continuous Thermal Cycling is a solid-solution nickel-chromium-iron alloy wire specifically developed for superior oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Engineered for cyclic thermal exposure in furnaces, heat-treating systems, and exhaust environments, this wire maintains a tightly adherent oxide layer and resists spalling, scaling, and cracking under long-term stress.
The copper alloy wire format provides enhanced formability and conductivity while preserving the alloy's hallmark stability in aggressive thermal and chemical conditions. It is widely used in continuous thermal cycling applications where conventional materials fail.
Exceptional oxidation resistance up to 1200°C in air and combustion gases
Superior structural integrity during repeated heating and cooling cycles
Excellent resistance to spalling and carburization under thermal stress
Uniform surface oxide layer for long-term protection
Available in round, annealed, or custom surface-treated formats
Furnace construction, mufflers, radiant tubes, and basket suspension systems
Thermocouple protection wires and high-temperature leads
Heat-treating trays, heating coils, and load-bearing structural cables
Power plant and incineration control wiring exposed to cyclic heating
EMI shielding and bonding wires in oxidizing atmospheres
Manufactured according to ASTM B166 / UNS N06601 / EN 2.4851
Typical composition: Ni ≥58%, Cr 21-25%, Fe balance, Al ~1.0-1.7%
RoHS / REACH / ISO9001 certified process
Fully tested for dimensional accuracy, oxide adhesion, and thermal cycling durability
COA, MTC, and optional third-party reports available
