Introduction
This CCV production line includes models CCV-Z70/65+150+90-III-D(Q) and CCV-Z70/80+175+100-III-D(Q), a three-layer extrusion XLPE cable line for medium and high voltage cables. It supports 35kV, 66/69kV and 110/132kV voltage ranges. Equipped with double pulling devices TQP(Z)-2000 and TQDV-4000, its max design speed reaches 40 mpm. The CV tube length is 112-190m, and extruder floor height is 10-30m. Adopting semi-catenary layout and DC&AC inverter control, it ensures stable and precise production for high-quality XLPE cables.

From starting wires and cables business since 1996, Mosstee is specialized in production of copper alloys including CuSn, CuMg, CuAg, CuBe2, and bimetallic wires including Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA), Copper clad steel (CCS) wires, aramid fiber, all these materials can be silver plated or nickel plated.
